Boric acid esterified at its cis-diol -OH positions with pyridoxine (B6), ascorbic acid (C) and hyaluronic acid, as mono/di calcium, zinc and sodium salts. 18 boron compounds synthesized and characterized (FT-IR, elemental, thermal, SC-XRD, GC-MS). Pyridoxine esters emerged strongest.
With zinc oxide's ~15% contribution excluded, boron esters raised SPF further, up to SPF 89 in a single active (mono-pyridoxine calcium). Non-cytotoxic on skin fibroblasts; strong antioxidant activity; cytoprotective against UVA/UVB photoaging with positive effects on collagen.

Boron has the narrowest safe range of any plant nutrient: the gap between deficiency and toxicity is very small, so conventional boron carries real over-dose risk. And not all zinc in tissue is active, zinc bound in synthetic chelates is pH-sensitive, so total zinc can read high while available zinc runs low.
Boron is essential for pollination and fertilization, required for pollen germination and pollen-tube growth, and for fruit set. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is a proven plant antioxidant and abiotic-stress protectant. We combine boron and zinc on a pyridoxine-based carrier.
Under drought and abiotic stress, the fluid in a plant's xylem becomes more alkaline (a rise in pH), a documented signal that alters how pH-sensitive chelates behave. Our complex is designed to keep boron and zinc bioavailable through these shifts, with less of the energy cost of cleaving synthetic chelators. Under validation.
