  • Develops and optimizes formulations, runs pilot-scale trials and supports technology transfer to manufacturing

Batuhan Irmak
R&D and agricultural field applications

  • International experience across plant nutrition, breeding and greenhouse production
  • Leads the agricultural R&D and field-application side of Sanitrum's boron work
  • Connects the boron chemistry to real crops in the field

For over a decade, Sanitrum has advanced R&D across medicine, pharmacology, cosmetics and agriculture, founded and led by M. Kerim Çekiç with Prof. Dr. Zekai Halıcı at the head of its innovation team. Prof. Halıcı's multidisciplinary, cross-sector approach across medicine, chemistry, cosmetics and agriculture has been a major force in this journey. As a life-science company, Sanitrum sees itself as an ecosystem protector, and its work now spans very different sectors:
